Executiv is a launchpad for female executives. We are an inclusive membership community and platform for women in leadership.

We provide leadership coaching, training, and access to a powerful network through our private networking platform.

Our membership is designed to advance more women, and women from underrepresented groups step into executive roles.

Our members are those that that identify as women and typically have over 10+ years of experience in business, as Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, GMs and CEOs of mid-size and large organizations.

Our membership has two tiers. This includes Executiv Membership and Executiv Leadership Development program. You can find the details of both options on our membership page.

Joining Executiv is a simple 2 step process.

1. You complete an online application form. Our teams reviews it and gets back to you within 48 hours to setup a virtual interview.
2. We then schedule a 30 minute interview with you to see your fit for our program and if we are right for you! If we are a good match, you are invited to join our powerful community!

Peer-groups are curated in our Executiv Leadership Development program. They are core groups of 6-8 women, with similar titles, scopes, and ambitions that are brought together in a peer advisory group. The groups meet monthly.

Our meetings are virtual, approximately 1-1.5 hours long, meticulously planned and managed by a trained and certified coach & facilitator.

Our mentorship program allows you to connect with any one of our 100 mentors that are in our network. We are unlike the other noisy professional networking platforms and have done the pre-work to vet each mentor to ensure fit with our mission and values.

You can directly book 1:1 sessions with any available mentors on our app. There is no need to send a DM, or feel afraid to reach out to a senior leader. They are eager to speak with you.

Our coaching program is a part of the Executiv Leadership Development program. It is a core tenet of the leadership development plan.  You get 10 one-to-one coaching sessions with one of our certified coaches during the duration of the annual program. 

You can book these sessions directly with your coach on our app.

Yes, you can cancel your membership and get a full refund within 15 days of joining our community.

We do not provide refunds after 15 days, however, you can still cancel your membership and will have no obligations to join the peer-group or coaching sessions.
