Membership Criteria

Executiv membership is designed for women that are senior leaders in their organization, with people leadership responsibility.

We evaluate applicants to ensure we are creating the right community of peers to maximize the benefit for our members.

Factors we look at include, but are not limited to:

  • Your title, scope, and company size

  • Reporting structure, team size, total number of direct reports

  • Your work experience, challenges, and career goals

Membership Requirements

7-12 years of work or business experience 

  • Senior Manager, Director, Senior Director with a track record of growth.

  • Passionate about leadership, personal development, diversity and inclusivity in business. 

  • Executiv is designed for those who identify as women, transgender, non-binary, and non-gender conforming.

Application Process

Prospective members complete their online application.

  • Executiv Membership Team will contact you for a virtual interview.

  • If accepted, you will be contacted by the Executiv Membership Team to setup your onboarding. 

  • Application review process can take up to 5 business days.
